By downloading, accessing, or using QUIZ / BRAIN BATTLE, provided by Efelyra Studio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the application.

2. Intended Use and Question Content

QUIZ / BRAIN BATTLE is provided for general knowledge, educational, cultural, and entertainment purposes. We review and curate the question catalog, but factual information can change and content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We do not guarantee that every question, answer, explanation, statistic, or historical fact will always be complete or error-free.

3. Service Availability, Connectivity and Updates

Some application functions depend on network services, including version/configuration checks and online competitive modes. Availability may be affected by internet connectivity, maintenance, service interruptions, event schedules, or third-party infrastructure.

We may require application updates to maintain compatibility, security, catalog integrity, or service functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability of any specific online feature, event, leaderboard, or game mode.

4. Local Progress and Online Competitive Records

Core player progression and most gameplay state are stored locally on your device. Local progress may be lost if you uninstall the application, clear its data, reset game progress, or move to another device without an applicable transfer mechanism.

Online competitive modes may send and store the event, attempt, answer, timing, score, verification, and result information needed to operate and validate those modes. These server-side competitive records are separate from a full cloud backup of your local progression.

5. Competitive Play and Result Integrity

Online competitive events may use server-side validation, event rules, attempt limits, timing rules, question-order validation, scoring rules, and other integrity checks. Server-validated results may be treated as authoritative for official event outcomes.

You must not manipulate requests, scores, answer submissions, timing information, application state, network traffic, event identifiers, or other technical mechanisms in an attempt to obtain an unfair advantage. We may reject, correct, invalidate, or exclude results that are duplicated, corrupted, technically invalid, abusive, or inconsistent with the applicable event rules.

Local-only gameplay aids or features may be unavailable in ranked or competitive modes in order to preserve consistent rules and fairness.

6. Achievements, Titles, Mastery and Virtual Progress

Levels, titles, category mastery, badges, lifelines, scores, streaks, and similar progression elements are game features. Unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific promotion, they have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and do not represent ownership of a financial asset.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the application for personal, non-commercial use. You must not disrupt, overload, probe, bypass, abuse, or interfere with the application's infrastructure or security controls. You must not extract, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit the application code, original question catalog, explanations, visual assets, or other protected content except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

The application software, original design, branding, arrangement, original editorial material, question wording and explanations created by or for Efelyra Studio, and other original elements are owned by or licensed to Efelyra Studio, as applicable. Third-party names, trademarks, factual information, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. External Services and Sharing

The application may interact with network infrastructure or allow you to share generated result or achievement content through third-party applications. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Efelyra Studio is not responsible for services that we do not operate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QUIZ / BRAIN BATTLE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Efelyra Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability of online events, or absolute accuracy of all content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Efelyra Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the application or its online services.

11. Changes to the Application or These Terms

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove application features and may update these Terms as the product or applicable requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
