2. Entertainment and Quiz Nature: KISS & TELL is a mobile trivia game provided exclusively for personal entertainment, cultural curiosity, and recreational informational purposes. All quiz questions, historical anecdotes, and celebrity trivia are provided solely as leisure entertainment.

3. Relationship and Personality Content Limitations: Content includes historical romances, celebrity relationships, romantic trivia, famous quotations, and cultural affairs derived from public records, historical accounts, and popular media. While we endeavor to provide engaging content, we do not guarantee that all trivia is permanently current, complete, or error-free, as historical facts and real-world information can change. We reserve the right to revise, update, or remove content at any time.

4. No Professional Counseling or Therapy Advice: KISS & TELL does not provide relationship counseling, marital advice, psychological evaluation, psychiatric treatment, therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel. None of the content, game results, streaks, or trivia explanations should ever be considered or relied upon as a substitute for professional counseling, medical consultation, or expert therapeutic guidance.

5. No Guaranteed Relationship or Personal Outcome: We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees that playing KISS & TELL will improve, alter, or influence your personal relationships, dating life, romantic compatibility, or emotional well-being.

6. User Responsibilities: You are responsible for your use of the application and agree to use KISS & TELL lawfully, respectfully, and in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

7. License to Use: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Nexus Mobile grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to install and use KISS & TELL on your compatible mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

8. Intellectual Property Rights: The application, software code, graphic designs, typography, illustrations, audio assets, interface, question selection, editorial compilations, and trademarks (including KISS & TELL and the Whisper Mark) are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexus Mobile or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Third-party names, celebrity trademarks, and historical facts referenced in trivia questions are used strictly for nominative, historical, commentary, and editorial trivia purposes under fair use principles, and no endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation is implied.

9. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the application; (b) distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the application; (c) use automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or exploits to extract content or automate gameplay; (d) probe, scan, or compromise the integrity or security of the application; or (e) use the application for any unauthorized commercial or unlawful purpose.

10. Reverse Engineering Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the application, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited or expressly permitted by applicable law.

11. Service and Network Availability: Core trivia gameplay is provided on-device. Where online features or connectivity checks are utilized, uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous network availability is not guaranteed. We do not guarantee permanent server availability, uninterrupted operation, or zero downtime.

12. Updates and Modifications: We reserve the right to update, modify, expand, or withdraw quiz content, categories, themes, features, or functionality at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the application following updates indicates your acceptance of such changes.

13. Device and Operating System Compatibility: We do not guarantee that KISS & TELL will be compatible with all mobile devices, operating system versions, screen sizes, or hardware configurations. Continued compatibility may require installing operating system updates or future application updates.

14. In-App Purchases and Commercial Terms: In the current production release, in-app purchases and paid monetization are disabled. Any future optional digital purchase (such as an ad-removal upgrade) will be handled exclusively through the official platform store (Google Play on Android) under the platform store's terms and privacy policy. Purchases do not unlock additional question content, are non-refundable except as provided by official store refund policies, and do not transfer cross-platform between Android and iOS.

15. Local Progress and Data Loss: All gameplay progress, streaks, seen questions, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible or liable for any loss of game progress, scores, or data caused by device resets, app uninstallation, clearing device cache or storage, or hardware failure.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KISS & TELL is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement.

17. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Nexus Mobile, its developers, affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to, use of, or inability to use KISS & TELL.

18. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be made accessible within the application with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the application after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your binding agreement to the changes.
