1. Scope and Applicability: This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus Mobile ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the KISS & TELL mobile application ("the App"). This policy applies to all users of the App worldwide.

2. Information We Intentionally Collect: KISS & TELL does not require any user account, registration, login, username, password, or personal profile. You can access the entire trivia experience without providing any personal identity details. Game progress and preferences are stored exclusively on your device, including seen question history, streaks, audio and vibration settings, language preference, daily challenge completion status, and active session progress.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect: We do not intentionally collect, solicit, or store personal identity data such as your real name, home address, phone number, email address, contacts, photos, audio recordings, or precise geolocation. KISS & TELL does not collect or store financial account details or payment card numbers.

4. Local Device Storage and Deletion: The App stores gameplay progress and user preferences locally on your device using standard platform storage mechanisms (such as SharedPreferences). This data remains on your device and is not synced to external user accounts. You can delete your local progress at any time by selecting "Reset Progress" in Settings, clearing the App's storage via device settings, or uninstalling the App.

5. Network Connectivity and Requests: The core trivia experience operates locally on your device and does not send your quiz answers or progress to remote servers. The App performs basic internet connectivity checks using standard network DNS resolution to determine connection status. In optional test builds where competitive challenges are enabled, the App communicates over HTTPS with our staging service (kiss-tell-staging.nexusmobile.app) using an anonymous identifier and voluntary nickname; this feature is disabled by default in production.

6. Standard Network Metadata: When the App communicates over the internet for connectivity verification or infrastructure requests, standard technical metadata is transmitted as an inherent part of network protocols. This metadata may include client IP addresses, operating system versions, and HTTP request headers received by network endpoints and infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare and DNS resolvers). Such metadata handling is governed by the applicable technical practices and privacy policies of those infrastructure providers.

7. Analytics and Tracking: KISS & TELL does not integrate third-party behavioral analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Adjust, or AppsFlyer). We do not track your activity across other applications or websites, do not compile behavioral profiles, and do not sell user data.

8. Advertising Status: In the current production release, in-app advertising is disabled. Although the Google Mobile Ads SDK library is present within compiled binary dependencies, its operating system initialization provider is explicitly removed in the application manifest and the SDK is not initialized at runtime. No advertisements are requested or displayed, and no advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) are accessed or collected.

9. Purchases and Billing Status: In the current production release, in-app purchases are disabled. The App does not initiate billing flows or process payments. Any future optional digital purchase (such as an ad-removal upgrade) will be handled exclusively through the official platform store (Google Play on Android) under the platform store's terms and privacy policy. KISS & TELL never receives or stores payment card information. Purchases are platform-specific and do not transfer between operating systems.

10. Device Permissions: The App requests only minimal, non-sensitive Android permissions: INTERNET (used to verify network connectivity status and support enabled online features) and VIBRATE (used solely to provide optional tactile haptic feedback during gameplay, which you can disable in Settings). The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage, or phone identity.

11. Third-Party Infrastructure and Services: The App relies on platform services provided by Google LLC for application delivery and runtime libraries. Network infrastructure and edge routing for remote backend services are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., subject to Cloudflare's privacy practices.

12. Support Communications: If you voluntarily contact customer support via email at [email protected], we receive your email address, message content, and any diagnostic information you provide. We use this information solely to investigate and resolve your support inquiry. Support communications are not used for marketing or shared with unauthorized third parties.

13. Data Retention and Deletion: Local gameplay data remains on your device until you reset it via "Reset Progress", clear app data, or uninstall the App. We do not maintain server-side personal profiles. Support emails are retained only for as long as necessary to address your request and satisfy legal obligations.

14. Information Security: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the App to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Because game progress resides locally on your device, maintaining your device security (passcode, biometric lock, operating system updates) is key to protecting on-device data.

15. Children's Privacy: KISS & TELL is a general-audience entertainment trivia application. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children. Because the App requires no registration or user profile, no personal information from minors is gathered. If a parent or guardian believes personal data was provided through customer support, please contact us for prompt deletion.

16. User Choices and Control: You have complete control over your app preferences: you can enable or disable sound effects and vibration at any time in Settings; switch between 22 supported languages at any time; and permanently delete local gameplay records using "Reset Progress". Under applicable privacy laws, you may also contact us to request access to or deletion of support communications.

17. Changes to This Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or technical developments. Any updates will be included within the App with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
